How do you get started with outsourcing the printing and mailing of your statements?
1) Fill out our new client set up form and fax to (205) 879-7418.
2) Determine
if you can send Innovative a print file of your patients statement data
a)
If you are currently emailing your print file to another outsource vendor,
then you can
email the same file to us.
b)
If you are currently sending the print file via FTP transfer, then you
may have to request your Software vendor to change the file transfer
to our FTP server. (We will give your software company the
information needed) call us (800) 783 – 5656.
c)
If you are currently dialing in to another out source vendor, then you
will need to change the phone number to ours.
3) We use existing programming or program your file to print out a sample proof for your
approval.

We are ready to go live.
