We can provide you flexibility in the appearance of your letters. Along with the appearance, we will save
you around $.07 in postage on each letter. This postage savings offsets our service fee.
You will not have to order and stock months of forms and envelopes.
The laser printing cost of your printer is expensive. Through our volume and expertise,
we have a lower cost to print and pass those savings along to you.
If you have folding and inserting equipment, the cost and service agreement are very expensive
when you divide the monthly lease payment by the number of letters you send out each month. If you have a $1,000
payment and send out 10,000 letters a month, your per piece cost for folding and inserting is $.10. Since we have printed
and mailed millions of pieces of mail, we have equipment that quickly and efficiently gets your letters to your debtors at
a much lower cost than you can internally.
How much of your employee time is spent on the printing/folding/inserting/sealing and
the mailing process instead of managing the collections?
Our sophisticated postal software will also provide you two valuable features.
1) NCOA (National Change of Address) Before we mail your letters, we compare the mailing
address you provide with the USPS register of individuals that have moved and have their new forwarding
address on file. We immediately change the address to the new address, this is called "fast forwarding", and
then we mail the letter in a seamless manner. We will then provide you the new forwarded address, so you can update
your records.
2) Undeliverable/Insufficient Address - We will also scrub your addresses to correct any
minor issues and will suppress the print of any addresses that our postal software indicates is a dead address. We will
not mail the letter and will provide you the feedback needed to further research the debtors contact information.
We can provide you with an address changed file, that you can upload into your system. You will no longer have to key in each change. It will be changed automatically based on your
software's preference.
We can also suppress any forwarding of addresses to states in which you are not authorized to mail.
We allow you to focus on collecting instead of printing and mailing.
